Notarial
A Notary is an attorney who has a special qualification in relation to certifying and authenticating documents.
The notary certifies documents and that certification gives the document international credibility after being further certified.
A notary also verifies that the people appearing to sign documents are the people they say they are.
Examples of notarial documents are:
- An Antenuptial Contract (known as an ANC)
- A notarial Deed of Servitude
- A notarial deed of Trust.
- Notarial costs vary depending on the nature of the document and the amount of pages.
